What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For stock SKUs, MOQ starts from 1-10 units depending on category. For OEM/ODM customization, MOQ typically begins at 20-50 units. Mixed-container orders allow buyers to combine multiple categories to meet MOQ.
Do you support sample orders before bulk?
Yes. We offer paid samples for quality verification. Sample fees are refundable against confirmed bulk orders. Lead time for samples is typically 5-10 working days.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment) is standard. We also accept L/C at sight, Western Union, PayPal (for samples) and Alibaba Trade Assurance for verified buyers.
How long does a typical bulk order take?
Standard bulk lead time is 25-35 days after deposit confirmation. Full-container turnkey projects average 35-45 days. Rush production is available for urgent projects.
OEM / ODM Customization
Can I customize logo, color and packaging?
Yes. We support full private-label customization including silk-screen / laser logo, RAL custom colors, branded user manuals and retail-ready packaging with your design files.
Do you offer full ODM with new mold development?

How are intellectual property rights protected?
We sign NDAs and exclusive ODM agreements before any design work begins. All custom molds, drawings and trademarks remain the sole property of the client.
What is the lead time for OEM/ODM projects?
Logo/color customization adds 0-5 days. New mold ODM projects typically require 30-60 days for tooling plus standard production lead time.

Which shipping methods and incoterms do you support?
We support sea (FCL/LCL), air freight, rail (China-Europe) and door-to-door express. Incoterms: EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DDP. We work with leading global freight forwarders.
Can you load mixed containers across categories?
Yes -- mixed-container loading is one of our specialties. We optimize Pilates, strength and cardio SKUs into a single 20'/40'/40'HQ container to maximize cubic efficiency.
Which export documents do you provide?
Full export package: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, CO/FORM E/A, CE/SGS test reports, fumigation certificates and customs clearance documentation.
How is shipping damage handled?
All shipments are protected with reinforced export packaging. In case of damage, photos and damage reports submitted within 7 days qualify for free replacement parts in your next shipment.

What warranty terms do you offer?
Frame: lifetime warranty. Major mechanical components: 3-5 years. Electronic parts: 2 years. Wear items: 6 months. Extended warranty available for institutional projects.
Do you provide installation guidance?
Every shipment includes multilingual installation manuals and HD video tutorials. Remote technical support via video call is free. On-site engineer dispatch is available for large turnkey projects.
How can I get spare parts after warranty?
